If you want to buy this sponge to replace the original foam sponge that turns into a sweat sponge, this is the best product at the moment. Before I bought this for the Rift, after 30 minutes of BeatSaber the foam was completely soaked through, and after owning the device and the game for a week it started to smell and feel unsanitary, especially as I sometimes share it with my mum share . However, after receiving the AMVR interface, this is no longer a problem. The device is soaked through after a protracted session of sweat pouring down my face, but wiping it down with a dry cloth is enough and it's brand new. I usually wipe it with a damp cloth to remove sweat and then wipe it again with a dry cloth. Surprisingly the fit was good and comfortable, although I wear glasses it didn't bother me or cause any discomfort. Below I will list some cons: Cons: - Clips are cheap. One of the clips didn't work and was very loose at the back so the thing kept falling off. They sent me a replacement and the problem was fixed. - condensate. The amount of condensation and fog it produces is more than just foam for some reason, but that can be remedied by trying to fit the headset more loosely. - Fitting. I've found that you need to fit snugly against your face to block out light and have a better fit compared to foam, but every face is different. TLDR: Overall a good product that does what it's supposed to do. There are disadvantages, but the advantages outweigh them. If you have any problems, simply return it or order a replacement for free. Highly recommended for people who share their device with others around the house as it greatly reduces post-game cleanup.
