Review on Single 19 PigTail Food Flipper by Bobby Montoya

From time to time a product appears that cannot be functionally improved. One such product is the PigTail Food Flipper. It works exactly as advertised. It is ergonomically very efficient. It turns out almost everything except eggs. The nature of its construction makes it "handheld" and for those left-handed it's available in a left-handed model (and fun to watch a right-handed chef try to use it!) The wooden handle and leather strap don't prevent it from being put in the dishwasher, but the working end is a tapered cylindrical stainless steel rod that is easy to clean by hand - no problem. I appreciate the thoughtfulness of the left-handed model. The only problem is that its existence is poorly advertised and most retailers don't sell it or even know about it (thanks Revain!). They come in short and long versions, just like the right-handed model. I would suggest creating an "ambidextral" package, one for each couple of each belief.
