The ease in which you can perform your tasks without having to go through an IT department would be my favorite feature about this product! I have been using it for just over two months now but so far everything has worked great. There is nothing that i dislike at all thus far except maybe some minor things like not being able to customize certain features more than what they are currently allowing me too do (examples include customizing date fields). Definitely check out their demo first because there's no way anyone could tell how well or bad something will work unless someone tries it themselves before purchasing anything from them. We use ABIS for several different projects including reporting purposes as we try to keep track of who sends us emails vs where those people live within Canada & US territories. It also helps when creating reports by pulling information directly off the database instead of manually entering info into excel.
