I don't like neoprene because it makes you sweat no matter how ventilated it is. The velcro at the end tapers to half the size of the wrist brace, greatly reducing the support of the brace when hands are engaged in daily activities. I like to forget I'm wearing wrist wraps due to carpal tunnel infection. These bandages are a constant reminder to me to wear them as I have to adjust them from time to time to fit my hands/wrist properly. plus sweat The skin factor where the material covers is just annoying. This is a real bust if you are very active with your hands. I happily go back to the good old Ace wrist and elbow braces to keep my work and personal life pain free, they are worth every penny!
