Actually much more comfortable than expected. The only reason I gave it 4 stars out of 5 is because of the build. The instructions are not detailed, but useful. The main problem is to attach the metal frame of the chair to the wooden support. The holes just didn't match. I actually had to ask my daughter to sit in the chair to allow the frame to flex just enough to catch the last screw. Low to the ground and comfortable, and the gray color is great.
