They are really cute and definitely run small. My toddler is 2.27 pounds and 36 inches tall. I bought 3t because they are usually 2t and they fit. The shorts are a little long and cover the knees, but otherwise everything is fine. They're thin, which is good for summer, and they're soft to the touch.
