I love how easy it's been to configure, set up rules for different users (and roles), etc., in order to keep track of tickets within our project management system - Jira/Confluence -- as well as other applications we use through out organization. At first there were some quirks or bugs with searching using certain search terms but eventually those issues have since resolved themselves. It has really helped us be more organized when assigning tasks amongst team members without having to rely solely upon emailing back-n-forths about details regarding projects. We are able to see who assigned what ticket at any given time so if someone needs help they can simply ask their peers instead of waiting until after hours just hoping one will respond! This software makes life easier by keeping all information together from various sources into 1 place where everyone knows exactly which user created each piece of work related material.
