A great tool that helps organize and manage data

I love how easy it's been to configure, set up rules for different users (and roles), etc., in order to keep track of tickets within our project management system - Jira/Confluence -- as well as other applications we use through out organization. At first there were some quirks or bugs with searching using certain search terms but eventually those issues have since resolved themselves.   • The ability is pretty much self explanatory once you get used working around this program; however sometimes its helpful that an admin steps me thru setting everything properly before i continue going further down road..i think thats great practice tho :) Also very intuitive interface design helps ease things along too especially considering im still somewhat newbie myself.but learning curve seems like not such bad thing

Great ticketing solution especially suitable

It's easy to use, it has many plugins available for free or at low cost (eMantainter), you can add any kind of field in your tickets without too much effort - there are even templates ready-to go! You have one place where all information about each ticket comes together; from creation until resolution including comments made by other users as well so no need anymore going back through logs trying find some clue regarding what happened with this piece o code/feature etc...   • The UI is very easy to use, and there are lots of useful plugins available for free or at low cost
Cons
  • There are no notifications in the system to let you know when a comment is made through the tickets, and the comments are not visible in the tickets unless you have the correct permissions to see them
