I'm 5ft 1in, 215 and between a size 16 and 20. I bought this to wear with high waisted skirts as I have a fairly high natural waist. It fits great and is stiffer than some of the other harnesses I have. To me that's a good thing as it doesn't crease down the middle. It's very cute and would fit even if I went up a size or a pair down, although I'm pretty close to the upper limit of comfort. however - the thing smells like used firecrackers and even after a few weeks outside on my dresser it hasn't quite aired out yet. This is not a problem for me, but anyone who is sensitive to smells should definitely be aware of this.
