Review on Logitech M557 Bluetooth Mouse – Long-life Wireless Mouse for Apple Mac or Microsoft Windows Computers and Laptops, in Gray - with Side-to-Side Scrolling and Ambidextrous Design by David Richardson

I bought this mouse to use with my laptop and a bigger screen to be more productive at my work. I consider myself a regular user as I use this product every day at work. Certainly within a month my mouse started scrolling through pages, emails, etc. on its own. I've researched what could be causing this and even bought a separate USB port for the dongle so it doesn't interfere with the signal with the keyboard I bought at the same time. That and replacing the battery a few weeks later seemed to fix the problem for a while. I've been using the product for a little over 90 days now and nothing seems to help. I plugged the dongle into different ports on the laptop and swapped the batteries again. I restarted the laptop, turned off the mouse, removed and reinserted the batteries, nothing works. A bad mouse is definitely a performance killer as I am writing this review to report that this product has issues. No help from Revain or Logitech. Of course I found out that this item has a 30 day return policy. Logitech is generally a good product and I've used products including mice that have lasted over a year. I paid full price for this item. It's a paperweight now while I look for a quality product on another site.
