A used/damaged backpack was shipped

*Will update when replacement arrives* I bought this backpack because my teenager wanted it for school, it had a large pocket for a laptop and books, an electronics pocket with a USB port, the connects to a power bank, secure phone/wallet pocket and claims to be waterproof. This backpack was almost perfect. Upon unpacking the backpack I noticed that we had received a damaged returned/used product as there was a Boston University notebook in one of the pockets and the strap was damaged and fastened. We sent this backpack back and asked for a replacement.
