I installed this mirror for my wife who uses it every day. It's by a window so doesn't always need a lighting feature, but works well when it does. Multiple color modes are a nice feature as they are used for makeup application. The touch button in the mirror works well. The button is minimal and doesn't interfere with use, just an I/O icon printed on the mirror. In general, the design is very minimalistic and fits well in most interiors. As is common these days, consider replacing the screws that came with the mirror with something better. batteries. Although I was carefully warned by other reviewers and tried to be careful not to drop it. Of course I dropped it and the mirror broke. I contacted the seller and Alvarog responded quickly asking for photos of the broken mirror. After shipping 2 days later I had a replacement mirror on my door. I removed the lid from it and honestly might use a backless replacement mirror in the future if needed. Excellent customer support! *Replace Batteries* I would recommend turning the mirror so it is flat before attempting to change the batteries. The little tabs you use to hold the mirror/battery cover in place are tiny and easy to drop. Turning it horizontally before removing the cover will give you a better grip and reduce the chance of falling and breaking the mirror.
