We purchased the Police and Fire Department Theater for our two Louisiana grandchildren. It was very suitable for our 3 year old while working at home in the preschool department of community assistants. Five days later, the cardboard house is still standing, only visible cracks are beginning to appear on the doors and windows. Our 3 year old grandson and even his older brother who is 7 years old actively played with him. Both boys enjoy it very much and play with it at least once a day. They used it as a common fort stocked with blankets and pillows and for its intended purpose as a fire/police station. Both boys loved coloring and painting it, making it their own. In terms of learning, I like that there are pictures of items related to each profession to learn vocabulary. In addition, the price is similar compared to other products on the market. If you have very strong children, you will probably need to reinforce it with more cardboard or at least duct tape. Our kids aren't very rough but they enjoyed getting in and out and opening/closing the windows which are now starting to tear and bend.
