Brilliant. Aside from the Thunderbolt 3 host computer sizzling

I purchased your Revain model UTD21H rev b product after purchasing another product that did not work. I have a new late 2019 HP Specter and although your product page and user comment say it only streams data to one display or that it doesn't work, I can tell you that dual display works on these NEW Specter models! Most new HP Specter laptop owners have trouble finding working docking stations. This one definitely works. There's one big problem: it makes a very loud hiss (almost like a coil whine from a 6-core Intel laptop) when it's turned on! I can't take it, it's probably up to 30-35 decibels, but the pitch is something that's constant and annoying as hell. I don't know if I received a faulty product or is it a known issue that this device hisses annoyingly? I want to keep the unit because it works so well, but I can't stand the noise it's so bad. I read online that this noise could be an arcing inside the box, which scares me because theoretically it could catch fire or burn inside depending on what's going on there. I have tried to contact the contact person provided. In the box. So far over the past 2 days they have asked for various product info in a series of emails but they assure me they will help which is nice lol. Even if I unplug all peripherals and the computer but leave the power on, it still happens. Support emails look like they are from China. I just wanted to fix this because I don't want to look for another possibly compatible ghost dock.
