I grind my teeth at night, which causes my moles to wear out a lot. I had an occlusion protector made by my dentist but it's hard plastic and uncomfortable so I thought it might be worth a try. They are thick, soft and comfortable. I've been wearing it for a week now and I really like it. Also helped with my snoring my wife says. The only downside I see is that they can be too big for small mouths as my wife said they are too big for her.
