Considering the price of these pillows and the reviews online I had high hopes that the pillows would be the best! I let them fluff up as I opened them and they felt heavy and firm but soft. However, I was very disappointed the first night because I woke up practically head over heels on the bed with the down and feathers folded on both sides. I thought if I tried again maybe things would be different. The next night I was in a different position but still woke up with feathers on either side of the pillow. On the third night I woke up with a slightly stiff neck. The pillows I got didn't help much; I didn't feel an "inner" pillow (or maybe I shouldn't feel it?). The pillows are beautifully finished and probably filled with 700 fill quality down and feathers. I didn't find any smells or protruding springs and the case feels good. Some pillows seem to behave differently as many reviewers love this pillow. Although I really wanted to love these pillows, today I sent them back for a refund.
