The neck hole is very small compared to other parts. He doesn't reach out to help him over my son's head. When we finally put them on, the vest was very loose. Not sure why the neck hole is so small/not stretchy when it will be loose. Losing weight was a nightmare and we had to cut it ALMOST. We should have cut it off instead of trying to squeeze our poor boys heads through. We won't wear that anymore. Immediately afterwards it went in the garbage. Extremely dissatisfied with this vest.
