USB-C CERTIFIED HUB CharJenPro PREMIUM MacBar Adapter / Hub for Apple Macbook Pro 2016 / 2017 - 40GB/S Thunderbolt 3 Ports 5K @ 60Hz, USB-C for data transfer, 2x USB 3.0, SD and micro SD card reader (space grey) Buying a MacBook Pro 2017 model was not only difficult from a financial point of view. I hesitated because of the port issue. So many viral videos making jokes about having to buy a key for every item you need to access (like flash drive, sd card etc etc) got me thinking. However, this product, CharJenPro, was the perfect answer. Some of them spoke negatively (but only one or two) that if you press down it turns off - well, you just can't do that. Just plug in and use. My goodness. This is the product you need when you need access to your SD cards and USB, and it doesn't stop you from using the ports (on either side of the Mac) for power. You can plug it into either side of the Mac and you get two ports that offer power and/or other types of plug-in options. I am very pleased and impressed (if you can't tell) with this item. It's definitely worth the price. I paid for my 100.00 and that was early September 2017. I use it every day - no flaws - no freezing. i only work
