For those having trouble with the screws on the battery case. It should be obvious, but I don't think so. There are four triangular/three-point security screws. You don't have to remove them. There is a small Phillips screwdriver that needs to be removed to change the batteries. My son liked the toy but it was quite noisy and would stop/make a loud noise if it bumped into something.
