I've had other finishes and other similar cases. They generally have hard plastic corners to keep the back cover snug against the stand so the stand slides out smoothly. Not this case. Everything is rubber. The stand *never* falls. Always separated from the body. Instead of the opening process being smooth and quick, you have to stick your thumbnail under the kickstand, flip it over, and press against the back cover again. The workaround is to use double sided tape to attach the kickstand to the back cover, but this is a shoddy workaround. Another issue: the rubber surround around the power connector means that the power connector must be removed before the case can be opened. Avoid. Look for better alternatives with tougher plastic parts and better designs.
