I like that this software is integrated with our Salesforce CRM, so it's easy to track and manage leads. It doesn't have many bells and whistles. You can't create your own templates, you only get what they give you. If you're looking for more robust features, you will need to look elsewhere. This solution works well for us as a small business and allows us to focus on our core competency. We are able to send out automated emails without having to worry about sending mass amounts of email. The platform is easy to use, with all the features that we need to manage our campaigns and our customers. It has an excellent interface and it makes us feel comfortable. I do not have any dislikes about this product. We are very happy with AMMServicios. The platform really helps us to manage our customer relationships and to create better communication channels with them.
