I'm 6'0" 225 lbs and got XL - bigger than typical US sizing but basically met my sizing based on the size chart but leg tight fitted. There is not much elastic in the waistband, but that suits me. I really like the weight - warmer than athletic sweatpants, but not hot like fleece. And the material is also quite stretchy. Now for the minus - the seams. I have Bought these to find pants to wear in a layer on runs in 20-40F which is typical for Pennsylvania winters.Walk which is very troublesome.I will still use them for the colder side of these runs use with running tights underneath, just a disappointment thought I found mine one layer but still need 2.
