Half the time the product ships out it comes with a non-working bulb

Half the time I order from this company the reversing switch doesn't work for any of the bulbs. I confirmed this by flipping the socket and also flipped them on different headlights. I buy these because the ballast isn't as hot as other brands, but they have issues.
