About me: Back injury (compressed T-12 @40%) - back pain every day. I've read the reviews and like you they all look the same but this little guy has incredible power and he's SMALL! Ideally in hand. It packs a powerful punch (it has 4 settings - I can only go up to 3) and the battery seems to last forever even with heavy use. It's good! The price is amazing too!
