I bought these finger splints because I had a stroke and my arm was cramping. I was like a character in a Jim Carrey movie where he does the Claw program. The splints keep my fingers straight and my hand is much more comfortable - no cramps! If I had one complaint it would be that the tires don't come in a 4 pack. However, my index finger isn't bad, and this gives me an opportunity to practice picking up objects with my thumb and index finger. Overall I give them FIVE STARS. They are well designed, easy to adjust and very comfortable.
