I am tall and have had neck problems for years from looking at a monitor. I read so many reviews on this and other stands and bought this monitor stand because it is compact and adjustable. At first I thought it was expensive until I received it and couldn't appreciate the quality. Very well worth the money. I am so glad that it is adjustable as it allows me to choose the height that is perfect for a direct eye level view. Its compactness takes up so little space and allows you to store my speakers, glasses, etc. underneath. I'm sure when I stop looking at the monitor my neck pain will go away.
