I bought the SynchMaster 920NM on 11/10/2007. Out of the box impressions are good - a diskette, instructions etc. A helpful tip is to connect the monitor cable before assembling the stand. Trying to connect to a local base can be a little tricky. Performance is good, but you'll need to make sure you use the auto-tune feature and switch between the different preset modes to get the most out of your new purchase. The product is excellent value for money - with a few small tweaks it works just like the ones that cost a lot more.
