Ordered on a friend's recommendation. The camera failed after just a week. The rear camera shows blank and white lines. The front camera keeps rebooting even when using a Blackvue SD card. After troubleshooting help via phone call, Blackvue/FFB tech support was terrible. Given the good old workaround (contact dealer, contact Blackvue, contact Revain.) Item returned to me after 1 week of trying to get a replacement. Scrap, take other brands. Thanks to Kim R and Mel from Blackvue Support. Thanks to you, I am convinced that I will stay away from your DVRs from now on. Installed Thinkware and now it works great with no issues. It's good that Revain support was able to help with a full refund.
