Review on Quorum 194410 9 Windmill Ceiling Galvanized by Smriti Pearson

I have an experienced electrician who has spoken to Quorum and Lights Online several times over the last few weeks to try to force TWO of them - working Fans do what they are supposed to do. None of them work, and it is discovered that they had defective receivers. Unfortunately, LightsOnline has informed me that they will ship the receivers and I will receive shipping confirmation within 2 days. never came Now they don't respond to emails or phone calls and may not even have asked Quroom for the required recipients they claim to have! So now I have $1,800 for the fans, plus all the cost of fixing the problems ($80 for 4ft poles, $50 for new remotes). Avoid this company, customer service and products don't seem responsive.
