The tarpaulin itself is quite pleasant. I had it over my camp bed one weekend and over my hammock on another walk. Both times everything worked. It was big enough to fit through both of my camping shelters. Folding it across the field can be a challenge as it is such a large but overall good tarp. When I got home I folded it better and had no problem putting it back in my duffel bag. The tent poles were fine. They held up with no problems. The rope was pretty average in my opinion, but it worked and held up both nights I used it. Sooner or later I will switch to paracord. In general. I'm happy with the tarp and it was a good price.
