Since we have a lot of videocassettes, we need a working player. When our old Christmas movie cassettes got dirty and the cleaning tape didn't work, I called Fred at Tracktown Treasures. Not only did he tell me how to fix the problem by calling me twice, but he also gave me a link to a YouTube video that he recommended. He gave me some tips that he uses when repairing VCRs.
