What I like most about these shorts is the fabric. They are made of very comfortable, soft cotton micro-terry fabric. The fabric is very soft both inside and outside. Height - Small: I'm 5ft 7in / 160lbs / 30in tall. I'm not skinny but definitely not chubby (I work out). I ordered them in Small and they fit perfectly. They're not very tight either. My only complaint is the lack of consistency in the design of the bags. I have an old pair of Amy Coullee shorts and the pockets are really poorly designed. I redesigned the pockets on these new ones - but they were perfect (lay flat when walked) on only 1 of the 3 pairs I have. The rest billows out *slightly* at the sides. It's hardly noticeable if you're not careful. For the price, these are the best shorts I've found. They are VERY comfortable and fit perfectly. I would honestly pay more if the pockets were guaranteed to be perfect and the stitching was a little less messy (just a few random threads - which is good).
