I decided to take a 20 minute soak to unwind from a long day. As soon as I opened the package, I was immediately drawn to the smell of the combination of essential oils, especially eucalyptus, which smells stronger than some other ingredients. Several ingredients are added to the salt, which I have listed below. Of course, if you want something unscented, get a pass. The scent in the bath water was intriguing but not overpowering. The soak consists of adding ½ to 1 cup of water, which is much less than most bath salts. I was soaked for a long time, about thirty minutes or so. The soak was absolutely relaxing and comfortable. My skin was soft and supple when I got out of the water. Although not listed on the label, these salts can be used in a variety of ways, including in foot baths and as an additive to body washes/oils for scrubs. I'm very happy with this salt and essential oil blend, but it's way overpriced for what you get as it's only a one pound bag. INGREDIENTS: Sodium Chloride (Sea Salt), Magnesium Sulfate (Epsom Salt), Sodium Bicarbonate, Eucalyptus Essential Oil, Peppermint Essential Oil, Arnica Oil, Camphor, Hemp Oil, Vitamin C Crystals, Vitamin E Oil, Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM).
