The wiring is a nightmare, everything else is just
Don't let that put you off, the rest of the house is pretty basic. Looks great but trying to wire everything is a nightmare. You will definitely need some wire stripping tools. Where they put the battery is also inconvenient, especially since they want you to put a table in front of the door. All the cables run under the floor and once you put the house on a stand, it's impossible to get to. I managed to get all the lights working but that was a problem. If you don't want to wire your house, you don't need to. The rest of the set is great and very easy to make. Take your time with wire decorations like the main chandelier, porch swings, and candelabra.
