Easy to use and user friendly project management tool
That it's very easy for an organization like ours which does not have much experience using any kind software solution could get started really easily as well.
The customer support team always keeps us informed about all changes made by them regarding their services provided & they are available 24*7 through live chat feature we can reach out at anytime if required during working hours too! Nothing else I would say because there isn't anything bad point either!! It has helped me improve my work efficiency while managing multiple projects from different locations simultaneously alongwith tracking each task performed till its completion within given deadlines etc.,.
Pros
- The ability to use any of the major workstations like MAC & PC both and also have the same experience as we would get through our native system as well!
Cons
- Nothing as such except for the fact that they have nothing which we don't like to keep ourselves satisfied as well ;)
