The most important thing to me about this program is that it provides an accurate way for us to track our inventory from start-to-finish; we can see exactly where each item goes through every stage in its lifecycle (purchasing/receiving).
It also has great reporting options so you get all your information at one place! I wish there was better integration between their system and ours - sometimes when they update something internally things don't automatically go out to customers or vice versa.
