The most important thing to me about this program is that it provides an accurate way for us to track our inventory from start-to-finish; we can see exactly where each item goes through every stage in its lifecycle (purchasing/receiving). It also has great reporting options so you get all your information at one place! I wish there was better integration between their system and ours - sometimes when they update something internally things don't automatically go out to customers or vice versa.

The customer support team was very helpful when we had questions about our accounts. They were always quick to respond and helped us work through any issues that arose during the process. I would like for there to be an option to pay by credit card rather then only accepting cash or check payments.
