The most important thing to me about this program is that it provides an accurate way for us to track our inventory from start-to-finish; we can see exactly where each item goes through every stage in its lifecycle (purchasing/receiving).

It also has great reporting options so you get all your information at one place! I wish there was better integration between their system and ours - sometimes when they update something internally things don't automatically go out to customers or vice versa. There are other programs available but nothing comes close to what Contract does. We have been able to automate receiving processes, reduce errors by tracking everything down to the pallet level, improve customer satisfaction due to faster delivery times, etc., as well as reducing costs because of fewer issues related to returns & exchanges.
