The customer support team was very helpful when we had questions about our accounts. They were always quick to respond and helped us work through any issues that arose during the process. I would like for there to be an option to pay by credit card rather then only accepting cash or check payments. We used this software because it allowed us to have all of our invoices sent directly into one account so they could easily access them at anytime. This made everything much easier since we no longer needed to spend time searching through multiple files to find what we need.
