This product does not support the stated weight rating. For reference, I'm currently using an Alienware AW3418DW 34-inch ultra-wide monitor that weighs 16.03 pounds, and my second monitor is an Alienware 25 AW2521HF 24.5-inch that weighs just 7.83 pounds. The Alienware AW3418DW 34-inch Ultra Wide is not properly forward-facing and therefore becomes permanently tilted downward, while the Alienware 25 AW2521HF 24.5-inch easily adjusts to the forward direction. ATTENTION! This doesn't even come close to the advertised lift capacity for each adjustable point. As I'm pretty sure everyone reading this wants their monitors placed in the most common orientation (front facing). So if you are reading this, avoid this product at all costs. Simply put, their claims are exaggerated to the point of fiction, and grossly so! At most I would suggest that these monitor arms can actually support and adjust t but no more than 10-12 pounds. So if your monitors are bigger, I would stay away from that as much as possible.
