Everything is fine I can't record or access videos. It keeps saying "No video today" when I try to contact Amazon customer service who referred me to the seller who referred me back to Revain customer service. I can't seem to get any help. This works for live images, but that's about it.

Well so far so good, the video response time is a bit slow but the quality is very good. Get an extra call as the doorbell doesn't work that loud. It will take a few months to get a full opinion on this product but I rate it 4 out of 5 for quality and price compared to an overpriced ring. I would definitely buy this

The battery runs out quickly. it needs to be charged every week. This is difficult to install. difficult to slip on and take off. Also, without WiFi, no video or doorbell can be displayed.
