One of the positive aspects of this wireless solar backup camera is the ease of installation. Simply screw the camera frame to the rear of the license plate. No wiring required. The problem started with the monitor connection. You simply plug power into the cigarette lighter port and it turns it on and connects to the rear backup camera. But on mine, after connecting, the display of the radio monitor and the radio went out. Went to my mechanic hoping it was just a fuse and they check all the fuses are clean so now my car has no radio and the monitor that does everything else is off. Next comes the time the display stays on. It's too short or too long and there's nothing in the settings to adjust the display in time. There is a very slight delay, but this does not affect the backup. Finally, after about a week of use, the monitor won't turn on. It repeats when I touch the sensor to turn it on from the last part of the video. Overall I like the simplicity, no wiring required, and also the solar charging keeps the camera charged after the first full charge out of the box. Just be careful of the surge when you connect the monitor. Not sure what can be done to prevent this.
