Although the camera is excellent, purchasing it would not be a good investment. As was the case with earlier models, a serial marriage ruins all of the appealing qualities of this camera. The support team makes reference to the fact that this is primarily a camera for pictures and not for video, and they propose to buy an external microphone for the staggering price of 5,000!. After a number of repeated appeals and the provision of a link to the video containing the faulty music, they accepted the appeal and forwarded it to wait for an official answer from Sony 2022. It is highly possible that the issue is located within the processing circuitry of the camera itself; nonetheless, I can say with absolute certainty that this will not in any way resolve the issue. The camera was returned to the store so that the staff there could evaluate its overall quality and issue a refund for the money that had been spent. Will wait.
