One of my cameras failed after 30 days, the rest worked fine. Amcrest's returns system was slow and completely useless. How to pull teeth for information. It has taken more than 30 days since I sent back the non-working camera to finally receive a replacement. I spent a lot of time tracking down the return as it got lost within two weeks just a block from the Amcrest facility. I had to do all the tracking as Amcrest didn't seem to think they were required to track there if shipped with a return label. It wasn't until I threatened to go to the cardholder and withdraw all the money from my entire order that I got any attention. I got a replacement and it works great. They weren't very fun to deal with in general because of the technology and ROI.
