I have thin waves 2A, highlighted, so my hair tends to be dry and tangle-prone. I also have a lot of hair which means it looks more like thick hair than fine hair but is still weighed down by a product that is too heavy. I found this deep conditioner to moisturize but not do enough to detangle my hair. I also had to apply a lot of it just to cover my hair and ended up using 1/4 container per application so it's just not very economical for me. It has a thinner consistency than many deep conditioners I've used, but that didn't really bother me. It's odorless, so if you don't want to use fragrances, this is a good choice. If you have a lot of hair that gets tangled easily I wouldn't recommend this. I would say that this product is probably better for the money; thin, greasy hair types. It's very light and probably very moisturizing for anyone but me.
