I've used fake leather for tattoos in the past and have had good results. This time I went the cheaper route as I was only testing new hardware with it, which isn't very good. It's impossible to strip excess paint from it, making it impossible to see what's really going on with shading, color packs, and even fine line work. Spend the extra money for better quality. Believe me.
