My son is very interested in crafts and technology. Over the years we have created many kits and models. He always liked watching videos of marble cars on YouTube and he had marble toys so he thought it was interesting. In addition to glue, the kit contains everything you need. Some of the steps are a little hard to decipher, but most were fine and we were successful. At only 6 years old, my son had to help out (punching out parts etc.) rather than actively building, but that was ok. In the end we had a working mechanism. It's a little choppy, but it works. It's not the best to be honest and I'm not sure how long it will last. But it was a cool way to spend a few hours with my kid without screens and similar devices.
