I had two pairs of these headphones; I liked her initially. Having used them all day every day for 2.5 years, I've been through both. They tore in the middle of the back of the head, but first started breaking the connection where they connected to the earbud. So I ordered that they be exchanged. This time I received a pair that had clearly been used as the USB charging port rubber cover had stretched and wouldn't stay in and they didn't feel new. However, I have been using it for several days. Without incident and warning, the right earphone cut the bass, only the high ones began to cut the ear, then the sound completely disappeared. Not returned. So I returned them. A replacement set arrived two days later. A week later, the TV suddenly wouldn't charge after being plugged in all night. The red charge indicator light came on, but when I removed it from the charger, it didn't come on. No activation voice on, off, connected, etc. No more blue "on" light, red "off" light, or red "low battery" light. Only the red light will be on when connected and won't turn on to see if it's charged or not. Too bad, but like the first couple, they come back first thing in the morning.
