First, I have a Kindle Fire 10. I thought it was time to buy a "real" Android device. To the review. Icons and images on the screen look beautiful. The programs work fine. That's good news, now for the bad. If you're sure you're watching movies through Netflix, Prime, etc., the movies aren't very clear. They're worth seeing, but not the best. The case that comes with it is very bulky. To connect the power cord to the tablet, you need to pull down one side of the case. The most interesting thing is to install a microSD card. The housing completely covers the slot. After taking the device out of the case, opening the lid and inserting a microSD card, I found that I couldn't close the slot cover no matter what I did. Did I mention light scratches on the screen? It definitely came with them. It comes with a screen protector installed so I figured they were on it. I took the protective film off and they are on the screen itself. I went to the Simbans website and the help section says 'Contact Us'. You fill it out and say what your problem is. One thing you will need to enter is your order number to proceed. What is the order number? I didn't order from them so I don't have it. They also say they have no phone support. I send back. I have already opened the package, so there will be a restocking fee. How can I prove that the scratches were already on the display and that I have of course already removed the protective film. So I'll pay for the refill and maybe something else for damage. So I'm stuck with an expensive paperweight. Well, back to using my Kindle Fire.
