I don't usually write reviews but this product is amazing. 1) Adorable packaging, easy to put in your handbag. 2) This is a composite coating. You can make it transparent or add another layer for a bolder look. 3) HE'S NOT PARTICIPATING! I applied it and waited about 5 minutes. Even after strong hand rubbing, there is no transfer. The only thing is that it's a little sticky but not dry. Maybe a layer of hygienic lipstick on top will get rid of the stickiness?
