Review on Accurate Digital Stem Thermometers for Precise Temperature Measurement and Inspection by Nick Ross

Bought this thermometer for brewing beer. I needed a long thermometer to use when pureeing and chilling after the regular kitchen thermometer I was using stopped working. The numbers are a bit small, but that's to be expected from a stick thermometer. I was surprised to see that it comes with a calibration certificate from an ISO17025 accredited laboratory. I work in this industry and this is proof of the quality of the data presented in the certificate. I decided to test it with a couple of temperature standards I had and it turned out to be as accurate as the manufacturer's certificate states.
